SIERRA INTERNATIONAL ENTERPRISE, LLC (SIENTER), helps international brands like yours introduce and successfully sell your consumer goods in the U.S. market.

We leverage our expertise and network of local delis, bodegas, supermarkets, restaurants, liquor stores, Wholesalers, Retailers type businesses to get your products noticed and purchased Via multiple ways including online platforms and other media sources. With our local wholesalers and retailers’ partners SIENTER will assist you throughout the launch process of your brand, from initial planning to getting your products on shelves. In addition we are a foreign trade facilitation (Commodity Broker) company. We could either represent the seller or buyer on the supply-demand foreign trade negotiations.

Option 1: International Market Penetration with the USA/New York City Focus

Your Company Branding :

Base Price: Starting at $2,000 per Month Commitment of six month minimum. (Payment options are available- $1,000 first payment), budget subject to modification. A unique company customized marketing outreach plan to reach potential customers will be formulated during future discussions with the brand owner:

Option 2: Everything included in Option 1 plus Representation with Exclusivity:

● SIENTER Exclusivity: Partner with SIENTER for exclusive representation and distribution in the U.S. market.

● Commission-Based Fees: Our commission rate starting at a minimum of 3% will be determined by sales volume. We’ll also collect a percentage for joint marketing initiatives.

● Operational Budget: After initial evaluation there will be a suggested budget requirement from the company/brand to cover logistics plus other expenses .

● Designated Account Manager: A dedicated SIENTER representative will manage your brand.

● Logistics & Distribution: We’ll handle transportation, warehousing, and distribution.

● Payout: Receive payment within approximately 45-60 days of product sales.

● Promotional Materials: You’ll be responsible for providing promotional materials.

● Logistics Costs: You’ll cover shipping, warehouse delivery (deductible from invoice).

Option 3. Import Logistics (Custom Pricing):

Need help importing your products? We offer a customized package with:

● Dedicated Account Manager: Your point person for import logistics.

● FDA Compliance Specialist: Ensure compliance with Food and Drug Administration regulations.

● Import Shipping Services: We’ll handle the logistics of getting your products to the U.S.

● U.S. Customs: Navigate customs regulations and FDA compliance smoothly.

● Order Management: We’ll manage order pickup, drop-off, warehousing, and delivery.

● Operational Budget: Depending on the volume a custom package option could be generated.

Option 4. Consulting: Starting at $ 6,000.00 for initial
